This page explains how users of GoalEdge Football Predictions, developed by BORASOFT LIMITED, can request deletion of their GoalEdge account and associated personal information.
Request Account Deletion Without the App
If you cannot access GoalEdge Football Predictions, you may request account deletion by email.

Where possible, send the request from the same email address associated with your GoalEdge account so that we can identify and verify your account.
What Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, we will delete information associated with your GoalEdge account, including your name, email address, account information, and other personal account data stored by BORASOFT LIMITED.
Your GoalEdge account will no longer be accessible after deletion.
Subscription Information
Account deletion does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription.
If you have an active GoalEdge subscription, you should also manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.
Payment and transaction records held directly by Google Play are managed by Google according to its own applicable policies.
How Long Deletion Takes
Account deletion requests are normally completed within 90 days after any necessary account verification has been completed.
BORASOFT LIMITED may retain information only where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Any retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose.
