BORASOFT LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") operates the GoalEdge Football Predictions mobile application ("GoalEdge" or "the App").
BORASOFT LIMITED is based in Kenya and is the developer of GoalEdge Football Predictions as identified on the Google Play Store.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be processed by third-party service providers, and the choices available to users.
By using GoalEdge Football Predictions, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
GoalEdge may collect information that you provide directly when creating and using an account, including:

Email address: Used to create and manage your GoalEdge account, authenticate your access, communicate with you when necessary, and process account deletion requests.
Account information: We may store account identifiers and information associated with your GoalEdge account.
Subscription and purchase status: We may store information indicating whether you have an active premium subscription or access to premium features. Payment card details are not collected or stored directly by BORASOFT LIMITED when purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
2. Automatically Collected Information
GoalEdge uses third-party technologies such as Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob. These services may automatically process information about your device and your interaction with the App.
This information may include device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, general device information, app activity, interactions with advertisements, app launches, feature usage, and other technical information.
This information is primarily used for analytics, advertising, measuring application performance, preventing abuse and fraud, and improving GoalEdge.
3. Advertising
GoalEdge displays advertisements using Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP addresses, interactions with advertisements, and other technical information for purposes including displaying advertisements, measuring advertising performance, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, and applicable Google advertising settings, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Users may be able to manage or reset their advertising identifier through their Android device settings.
4. Analytics
GoalEdge uses Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App.
Analytics information may include app opens, screen or feature interactions, device information, general usage events, and identifiers associated with the application or device.
We use this information to understand App usage, improve features, detect problems, and improve the overall GoalEdge experience.
5. Firebase Services
GoalEdge uses services provided through Google Firebase, including:
Cloud Firestore and Firebase Realtime Database for storing and managing application and account-related information.
Firebase Analytics for measuring and understanding App usage.
Firebase Cloud Messaging for sending notifications and important application messages to users.
Data processed through these services may be handled by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy and security practices.
6. Notifications
GoalEdge may send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Notifications may include information about football predictions, premium content, new features, application updates, or other GoalEdge-related information.
Where required by the operating system, users can choose whether to allow notifications and can disable them through their device settings.
7. Premium Predictions and Subscriptions
GoalEdge offers optional premium services, including access to premium football predictions and VIP tips.
Subscription options may include weekly and monthly subscriptions.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
BORASOFT LIMITED does not directly receive or store users' full payment card information. Payment processing and billing information are handled by Google Play.
GoalEdge may receive information necessary to verify a purchase or subscription, such as product identifiers, purchase status, subscription status, and transaction-related identifiers.
8. Football Predictions and Betting
GoalEdge Football Predictions provides football-related predictions, tips, analysis, and informational content.
GoalEdge does not provide facilities for users to place bets, deposit gambling funds, or withdraw gambling winnings.
GoalEdge does not operate as a bookmaker or gambling operator and does not provide direct links to bookmakers for placing bets.
GoalEdge does not receive affiliate commissions from betting companies.
Football predictions provided through the App are informational in nature. No prediction can guarantee the outcome of a sporting event.
Users are responsible for any decisions they make based on information presented within the App.
9. How We Use Information
We use information collected through GoalEdge to provide and maintain user accounts, authenticate users, provide football predictions and premium services, manage subscriptions, deliver notifications, display advertisements, understand App usage, improve features, maintain security, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
10. Third-Party Service Providers
GoalEdge uses third-party service providers that may process information when users interact with the App.
These providers include Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google Play Billing.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
BORASOFT LIMITED does not sell users' names or email addresses to third parties.
11. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Data transmitted between GoalEdge and supported online services may be protected using encrypted network connections.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate GoalEdge, provide users with their accounts and services, meet legitimate business requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Where information must legally be retained, it will only be retained for the period required for that purpose.

Users can request account deletion from within the GoalEdge App using the Delete Account option in the account or settings section.

To help us identify the correct account, the request should be sent using the email address associated with the GoalEdge account.
After verifying the request where necessary, the GoalEdge account and associated personal information will be deleted according to our deletion process.
Account deletion is permanent and may result in loss of stored account information and access to associated services.
14. Children's Privacy
GoalEdge Football Predictions is intended for users aged 18 years and older.
GoalEdge is not designed or directed toward children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the App.
If we become aware that information belonging to a child has been provided to us contrary to our policies, we will take appropriate steps to remove that information.
15. International Processing
GoalEdge is operated by BORASOFT LIMITED in Kenya.
Some third-party service providers used by GoalEdge may process or store information on servers located outside Kenya.
Where applicable, such processing is subject to the security, privacy, and data-protection practices of those providers and applicable law.
